- TELESCOPING MAST
- One (1) Mast 117' High x 400,000 lbs. rated static hook load, telescoping guyed type, hydraulically raised and telescoped using hydraulic cylinders. Mast rating is for a ten (10 line string-up to the traveling block. mast is designed to API 4F specifications. Maximum wind capacity is 100 mph without setback and 70 mph with full setback.
The Mast Stem is composed of the Top Section, Middle Section and Base Section. The Top Section is scoped (retracted/extended) inside the Middle Section. The Base Section is attached to the rear end of the trailer. The Middle Section with the Top Section retracted inside, is hinged pinned to the top of the Base Section at two 92) places. Two (2) hydraulic raising cylinders erect both 1/2" towards the substructure. Two (2) hydraulic telescoping cylinders extend from Top Section vertically, which is then secured near the top of the Middle Section with the locking mechanism. Each of the Middle Section front legs is equipped with a load bearing screw jack and nut at the bottom for tilt angle adjustment.
Each of the base section frong legs is equipped with a load bearing screw jack and nut for leveling and supporting the mast front leg loads. Mast is comlete with a full height ladder.
The mast will include the following accessories:
- One (1) Set of Locking Mechanisms to lock/unlock the Top Section at the top of the Middle SEction
- One (1) Crown Block with four (4) cluster sheaves, one (1) fast line sheave assembly, and one (1) dead line sheave assembly, all with two (2) row tapered roller bearing, grooved for 1-1/8" dia. wireline mounted on crown frame.
Crown Frame is complete with wireline guards and crown safety platform with expanded metal flooring and handrails.
- One (1) Fixed Racking Board with capacity of 15,000 ft. of 3-1/2" drill pipe and six (6) stands of 6" drill collars. Racking Board will be complete with fingers, access catwalk, diving board with hinged extension, and handrails.

The Rig will be assembled and tested at our facility before loading out and transported on trucks to be furnished by client's freight forwarder(s). Every reasonable and economical effort shall be made to assure that the rig systems and components are tested to the extent necessary to guarantee its reliability for operations. Our standard rig-up includes assembly of all equipment, mast and substructure raising, and systems testing.
