  1. CARRIER AND DRAWWORKS


    1. CARRIER NO. BHL 800C SPECIFICATIONS


      1. Carrier Frame
        BHL fabricated from Hi-Strength alloy steel beam and reinforced at points of greater stress. Hoist is mounted direct to frame providing greater rigidity.


      2. Axles & Suspension
        • Steerable Eaton (Shuler) 65,000 lbs. capacity triple wheel front axles and spring suspension system.
        • Six (6) 18-22.5 x 16-ply Nylon front tires with Budd wheels. Clark 60,000 lbs. capacity plantetary tandem steel rear axles with Hendrickson suspension system and a signle drag axle, 20,000 lbs. capacity with air bag suspension system.
        • Twelve (12) 10:00 x 20 12-ply Nylon "Hi-Miller" tube type tires.


      3. Hydraulic Power Steering
        • One (1) central control valve and steering gear
        • Three (3) Hydraulic cylinders for power steering on three (3) front axles

        One man type, mounted offset with safety glass bus type driver's seat and controls. Includes all necessary instruments for operation of carrier and transmission speed selection.


      8. Lighting System
        • 12-Volt, including head, clearance, directional, stop and tail lights.

        • Air brakes on all wheels.
        • Complete with two (2) Tu-Flo 1000 (24 cu. ft.) air compressors, one (1) driven from each engine.

        Mounted on rear axle with manual control in CAB. Brake automatically applied by loss of air pressure-manual over-ride in CAB.

    2. DRAWWORKS


      1. One (1) Carrier Mounted BHL 800C, rated to 800 HP Drawworks, Double Drum, including Rotary Drive, 1-1/8" dia. lebus grooving, with water cooled disc brakes. Twice the braking requirement is provided. The fail safe emergency braking system consists of a spring actuated pressure released assembly. The emergency system can be actuated by the operator or is automatically actuated should rig air failure occur.


      2. One (1) 17-1/2" Rotary Table, chain driven from the drawworks with vertical chain case


      3. One (1) Heavy Duty six (6) Axle Carrier with 11 x 22.5 Tires, six (6) Leveling Jacks, Folding Walkways, Stairs, and Handrails.

  2. TELESCOPING MAST


    1. One (1) Mast 117' High x 400,000 lbs. rated static hook load, telescoping guyed type, hydraulically raised and telescoped using hydraulic cylinders. Mast rating is for a ten (10 line string-up to the traveling block. mast is designed to API 4F specifications. Maximum wind capacity is 100 mph without setback and 70 mph with full setback.

      The Mast Stem is composed of the Top Section, Middle Section and Base Section. The Top Section is scoped (retracted/extended) inside the Middle Section. The Base Section is attached to the rear end of the trailer. The Middle Section with the Top Section retracted inside, is hinged pinned to the top of the Base Section at two 92) places. Two (2) hydraulic raising cylinders erect both 1/2" towards the substructure. Two (2) hydraulic telescoping cylinders extend from Top Section vertically, which is then secured near the top of the Middle Section with the locking mechanism. Each of the Middle Section front legs is equipped with a load bearing screw jack and nut at the bottom for tilt angle adjustment.

      Each of the base section frong legs is equipped with a load bearing screw jack and nut for leveling and supporting the mast front leg loads. Mast is comlete with a full height ladder.

      The mast will include the following accessories:


    2. One (1) Set of Locking Mechanisms to lock/unlock the Top Section at the top of the Middle SEction


    3. One (1) Crown Block with four (4) cluster sheaves, one (1) fast line sheave assembly, and one (1) dead line sheave assembly, all with two (2) row tapered roller bearing, grooved for 1-1/8" dia. wireline mounted on crown frame.

      Crown Frame is complete with wireline guards and crown safety platform with expanded metal flooring and handrails.


    4. One (1) Fixed Racking Board with capacity of 15,000 ft. of 3-1/2" drill pipe and six (6) stands of 6" drill collars. Racking Board will be complete with fingers, access catwalk, diving board with hinged extension, and handrails.

    6. Four (4) Padeyes at the crown for wind guy lines


    7. Two (2) Padeyes at the crown for two (2) load lines to headache rack

  4. MUD SYSTEM

    1. Two (2) Refurbished 800 HP Single Acting Triplex Mud Pumps, unitized with a CAT D-398 Engine.

      Fluid end complete with pistons and liners, flanged suction manifold, discharge manifold with flanged connections nad discharge strainer cross.

      Includes discharge pulsation dampeners, flanged gate valves, spring loaded relief valves with adjustable pressure setting up to 5000 psi.

      Includes pump pressure gauge, hydraulic seat puller assembly with pump, hose and heads to fit valve seats above pumps.


    2. One (1) Mud Tank System composed of two (2) individual tanks with a total capacity of 800 BBLS.


    3. One (1) Shale Shaker, Dual Screen Type. All motors, starters, and wiring to be explosion proof.


    4. Seven (7) Mud Agitators, driven by 15 HP explosion proof AC motors, each with suitable gear box, coupling, annd guard. The exact number of units will depend on the final number of compartments requiring agitation (refurbished).


    5. One (1) Vertical Atmospheric Degasser (refurbished).

  11. RIG-UP AND TEST

    1. One (1) Lot
      The Rig will be assembled and tested at our facility before loading out and transported on trucks to be furnished by client's freight forwarder(s). Every reasonable and economical effort shall be made to assure that the rig systems and components are tested to the extent necessary to guarantee its reliability for operations. Our standard rig-up includes assembly of all equipment, mast and substructure raising, and systems testing.


    2. One (1) Lot Structural and Equipment Assembly
      Supply of labor and materials necessary to assemble rig equipment, mast, substructure, V-door, stairs, base mats, tanks, and all components in an arrangement expected during operation


    3. One (1) Lot Piping and Mechanical Rig-Up
      Supply of labor and materials necessary to complete the rig systems including low pressure and high pressure mud system, BOP, and control system; air, water, fuel, rdain, safety, and other systems.


    4. One (1) Lot Electrical Rig-Up
      Supply labor and material to complete the electrical system, including cable, wiring, junction boxes, fittings, and suitcase.

      Rig disassembly, touch-up painting and load out on trucks to be furnished by Client's freight forwarders.
