I.  MAST SPECIFICATIONS




• One (1) New Split-Level (SL-5) Mast, 131 ft. high with an API static hook load of 550,000 lbs. Setback capacity is 300,000 lbs. Maximum wind velocity is 100 mph without setback and 85 mph with full setback. Base width is 18'-6".
  
  Racking capacity is 11,000 ft. of 4-1/2" drill pipe and 720 ft. of 6-1/2" drill collars. Mast is designed for treble joint stands (93').
  
  Mast is complete with:
  
  1. One (1) Racking Board
  2. Two (2) Tong Counter Weight Brackets
  3. One (1) Catline sheave unit
  4. Two (2) leveling jacks w/ hand pump incl. hoses and connections
  
  
  
  Mast includes crown block with:
  
  1. Five (5) Sheaves
  2. One (1) Fast Line Sheave
  
  
  All sheaves furnished with two-row tapered roller bearings and grooved for 1-1/8" diameter wireline and mounted on crown frame.
  
  Mast includes ladder on the off-driller's side for access to the crown and racking board.




• One (1) Set of front A-frames, rear A-frames, spreader and platform at drill floor level, with mast raising sheaves and fast line sheave.



• One (1) Mast boom Kit on the driller's side



• One (1) Set of sling lines to raise mast.



• One (1) Yoke for mast raising.



• All fabricated materials shall be sandblasted, primed, and top coated, color to be specified by Client. Mast is to be provided new

II.  SUBSTRUCTURE SPECIFICATIONS




• One (1) New Split-Level Type (SL-5) Substrcture with 18 ft. floor height, 550,000 lbs. rotary (casing) load capacity simultaneous with a set back load of 300,000 lbs. (Combined capacity of 850,000 lbs.)





• Two (2) Rotary Table Beams, double-pin connections on all ends.



• One (1) Setback structure with wood decking in way of drill pipe and drill collar area.



• Two (2) Front legs to support setback structure composed of triangular frame work for lateral stability in the OD/ODS direction.



• Two (2) Rear legs to support setback structure of traingular frame work in both DS/ODS and drawworks/setback directions. This design configuration provides a clear area under teh floor to move BOP and other equipment to the well centerline.



• Two (2) BOP Trolley Rails extending 3 ft. past drill floor on setback side to pick-up or set down BOP.



• One (1) Stair from ground to drill floor at doghouse.



• One (1) set of Support Beams for doghouse.



• One (1) V-door ramp with stair on one side of ramp. Ramp to be 5'-0" wide (not including stair width).



• One (1) Mousehole Opening will be provided in front of rotary table, setback side.



• One (1) Rathole opening at off-driller's side of setback.



• Two (2) Foundation Supports for Client furnished air hoists, one on each side of the setback near V-door.



• One (1) set of handrails around drill floor exept at V-door and driller's side where doghouse provides a natural barrier.



• All fabricated materials to be sandblasted, primed, and finish coated to color specified by Client. Substructure to be provided new.
